Pustovoyt Evgeny Valerievich (born 1983) - PhD, research fellow of Department of International Relations and Security Problems, Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Vladivostok-city).

2006 - graduated the Faculty of Japanese studies of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Far Eastern National University (Japanese history and Japanese language, M.A.).

2009 - post-graduated courses of Far Eastern National University.

2011 - a presentation of Ph.D. dissertation. The theme: «Social and Political Development of theRyukyu Kingdom in 17^th - 19^th centuries»

2009-present days - research fellow of Department of International Relations and Security Problems, Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Vladivostok-city).

2011-present days - an associated professor of Japanese Studies Department of the School of Regional and International Studies of Far Eastern Federal University.
